I went to these guys after my car accident in 2017. At the time I was fighting my own case and it was 100% my fault. After they did nothing to help they released themselves from my case saying not enough money to proceed (but the lawyer words tork or something) they referred me to the scammer Simon & Simon Who eventually took all the money I fought myself for. Meaning I got my own case over turned to 100% other parties fault. But back to Kelly & Soto they were listed on my settlement as referral with a 2,000 referral fee out the 6,000 Simon took … to recoup that 2,000 loss they tacked on bogus expenses adding over 3,000 and my case never went to trial and only dealt with them by phone … using lawyers for anything has left a bad taste to say the least … they are only out for self I can add that Mike did apologize for the bad representation that I received from S&S but never followed back up with me to help get my money back the B stole
