It's been difficult to reach both the Attorney and the Case Manager, I feel like my case is just another number of a Big Firm Caseload, I asked the Attorney if he was planning to sit down and have one on one conversation and he said that for now he just want to keep it on the phone. I'm not feeling comfortable with the case management at all and if that doesn't change I will release my Representation and find another one that gives me the confidence I'm looking for.
