I don't know how concrete this will be if something did happen in our relationship... But it was a quick and painless process. It was very straightforward and explained well. This could literally be done in a couple of hours. We had a tight timeframe, and because of other plans we couldn't get to it until late at night. We finished at 1 am, and even at that time they had a virtual notary and witnesses ready for us in less than 5 minutes. It took 10 minutes to sign everything... It was awesome. However I've got no idea how ironclad it is. 🤷♀️
