It's been approximately 72 hours after I signed the retainer and the assigned attorney has failed to phone me nor return a countersigned copy of the retainer. I will most likely soon discharge this firm and retain other counsel.
In my opinion, the firm's ads are much better than what they delivered to me. I'm very disappointed with this firm although I'm sure that they have done right by many others and obtained good results for them.
