Kept me on phone for 40 minutes, did absolutely nothing for me.

i had to give out info on my case "twice" -only to be told that my case does not meet the requirements of your firm (?????)......i should have been told this by the "first" person who took down all my information.......i am a senior citizen on a fixed income with a service dog........i was refused service because of this -which i thought was against the law.......but it seems as if the "law" is determined by lawyers (????)........i was not happy giving out all my personal information to your firm -and i think that needs to be corrected........simply get the details of the incident and decide if you want to take on a case.......i shared my life with your firm (?????)......what does my life have to do with your taking on a case -which should be an open and closed case.........

Hugo Rodriguez contacted Morgan & Morgan when I was still in the hospital. It's been over a year since all of this happened, and now, after all this time I was contacted and they gathered this information. Anything that is medical and is still missing would be on the record with my primary care physician, Dr Perez in Apopka Florida. He is extremely aware of my hospitalization and my slow recovery. Any information that is still needed can be gathered from his office. Thank you very much.

Case consultant is a good guy and listener. He agreed on what my family experienced and how my son's treatment was wrong, but he didnt tried to find other ways to help me after i was told Morgan & Morgan will not accept my case, If one department not willing to take the case maybe another department will. We contacted Morgan & Morgan because we really need help, I heard good things about Morgan & Morgan, that they willing to step in and fight for your rights, but sound like they are very selective on what case they willing to take, to me that's just wrong.
