Ingrid was polite and calm, however, how can a young clerk decide that my case lacks merit-enough to get help from Mr. Morgan? A consumer attorney yesterday said "John Morgan" was just the person for this case of mine. I'm up against a retaliatory (injury causing) eviction process instigated this week by RHP Properties (including Satellite Bay in Clearwater, owned by a California billionaire who also owns the land leased by 1,000 other mobile home communities across America. The "new" Florida law (Chapter 723) allows them to evict people because they form a Homeowner's Association (which protects rights of home owners leasing their property). I thought Mr. Morgan would be "for the (elderly) people" too [we're the ones occupying mobile home communities in Florida] --but apparently he's just out for easy money cases....
