Well I have only spoken to her like 2 times and I believe it was more of the "intake" process. She then took a vacation or something and I haven't heard from her since. I was supposed to have information to speak with a Dr but did not receive it from her. I had to get it from another person that Emma had given me information to contact if I needed while she was gone. Haven't heard anything from the Dr yet either. So at this point I believe it's a bit too early to give any accurate answers to this survey. I don't want to give bad marks if she doesn't necessarily deserve it.

Very disappointed

I was transferred so I dint know if he was the first or second representative but the second representative made me feel like he was being bothered & was not interested in what I had to say

She sucks very frustrating to talk to doesn't listen have to keep repeating myself and spelling things out that should be basic knowledge

She had a difficult time understanding what I was telling her and could not explain to me the reason why my case was rejected. She asked the same question 2-3 times and just seemed to lack English comprehension skills. I feel horrible saying that but it was just a bad experience.

Poor knowledge of in-take person, asking too much personal info before even evaluate the case, finely turns out my car accident injury case of $50,000 medical bills and property damages was not big enough for Morgan&Morgan, despite of their recording that there is no too small case for them to take. I Do NOT recommend this firm!

Talked over me. I really would like to know why she told me you couldn't help me at this time. I have been really sick from taking the Ozempoc every since o started takeing it in2/23. Had not been able to convince my doctor that was ot. Im very sick at this very moment because of it. I was very healthy before it.
