Poor communication so far. Are you even working on my family’s cases still? Not impressed whatsoever so far! Still no communication…Update on 2/11/24 Still NO RESPONSE IN ANY FORM AFTER BEING PROMISED BY THEIR “Customer Relations Division” of an update! Our motor vehicle accident happened 8/28/22! 100% other person’s admitted fault caused concussion, injuries and NOTHING, not even a dime!

I leave messages on the voicemail and don’t get responses until I complain about it. Haven’t heard any updates for the month of July

I used them for an accident four years ago. They were awesome, diligent and helpful. Last year I was rear ended and reached out again. Two months after they had the information they said they were dropping the case and I should pursue another representative. Not because I should not be compensated but because the person who hit me only had collision covered and not personal injury. Unless they could go after the insurance company I was on my own. No recommendations just sorry. Very disappointed . The person hit Me going 50 with traffic at dead stop. I am still recovering from the whiplash
