Horrible. She didn't listen, and admitted that she was inept at her ability to help me. I only needed advice and it is important advice, but she was not capable of giving it. She asked questions that had nothing to do with my problem. Now I am in pain and suffering because I don't know what to do next. Hopefully I will be able to find a competent advisor soon as I need help. You people wasted my time and energy. I don't know if zero stars will take so you get a 1 star review.
They have replied. Why would I go back for more of the same?

Very nice customer service. But I'm disappointed. I for like Morgan and Morgan is only for people they can make large profits from. Not the little people who just need help getting something done when we are already down to income and having a grumpy contractor who wont finish fixing issues on our newly built home. We cant afford to just keep fixing on our own after September when our 1 year warranty is over. We just needed some help. Thanks for at least answering the phone.

Terrible he wouldn't provide me with information I needed to get better representation, held an arrogant tone as I was trying to seek help while reliving some painful memories he seemed not compassionate and just wanted me off the phone. Would not recommend.

I was treated less than human by OC EMS and then Advent Rollins ER and Morgan and Morgan choose to further traumatize me by not helping me and making me feel worse than ever. Morgan and Morgan NOT FOR The PEOPLE.

I was transferred 4 times and had to tell me issue 4 separate times then when I thought we were getting somewhat the call was interrupted and started raining again and took me to another new person. This was the worst experience ever. Never actually got to speak to an attorney either
