That "Our" recovery is 100% free from MEDI-CARE and our personal Health Insurance claims....... before we proceed.... this must be addressed and included before we move on. Mr. Gropp has Humana Health Care and Medi-Care Part -A and Part-B; Mr. Delaney has Medi-Care Plan-G and his supplementary insurance is Aetna. All that was mentioned has to be the burden of the "defendant" and again ---> not paid / deducted from the recovered total amount. This was not covered in our conversation. This is one of the most important issues to be addressed.......Important
