Very patient and understanding, pleasant! She took all my information down, with no problem, and when she consulted with ur team, she asked if she could put me on hold and coming back to my phone call, she apologized for the wait! Pointed me in a direction where i can possibly obtain help for my situation! I appreciate the time she spent with me!

What I initially felt from my experience with Mr. Quintanilla was that he was very detailed, and specific. He spoke slowly and provided the next steps in the process. He was empathetic to my situation, and was very professional.
