I was connect with someone who didn’t realize they answered the call. I heard their conversation in the back for about 3 minutes while continuously saying “hello!” I even pressed numbers in hopes to get their attention… I called back to get someone who was speaking very quickly and very low. I asked them to please raise their volume and they kept speaking low and fast but didn’t acknowledge my request to have a clearer audio connection. I disconnected that call to call back, again. The last and final call was with someone who was just interested in getting the call over with. It was very impersonal and I wouldn’t even bother calling back or following up with this firm. I believe they are reaching too far and too wide of an audience while not properly training their employees. It was a waste of my time.
