Wish i could be updated more than I have been on case with the complete understanding these cases take more than anything so I expect the wait...just want more contact as I feel like my case should be a lil more quicker than sum as its a simple, resolvable case...other than that Susan has been awesome•

Everything in process can’t really rate.

The intake person was a robot. She called me back constantly. I finally spoke to Tara, the aide who assured me this was the right place for me to be. But when I called her with a question the number was disconnected. My chiropractor's office told me that she and the lawyer, Scott Brilliant, were no longer with the company. No one informed me of this. I finally received an email from Justin Herman introducing himself & left me a number. I called and left a message. Got a call back from someone telling me that Justin's aide would be back that Friday and for me to call back then . So I did and left a message. Justin called me back, this was a couple of weeks ago. One conversation, nothing since Not impressed, will probably leave if no communication soon . What people are they for?
