Straightforward process that met all the requirements a lawyer friend told us to double-check for. Considering the cost of individual legal representation or having something from legalzoom be invalid because it doesn't meet state law, this felt like a better third way all around. Pretty quick response time on questions too!

Morgan and Morgan is only interested in cases that bring top dollar. They are not for the people .my case had a much bigger statement to make that making $$ but unfortunately that's what they are about

Misleading commercials and advertisements saying they are for the people and no case is to small. Yet they refused my case because it wasn't of interest to them. Edit: yea unfortunately you guys can't provide reasons to why you denied helping me which is bad Merritt. I have a case, a strong one and a new industry that just wasn't heard from you guys. The fact you can't provide reasons why you denied helping me is certainly bad Merritt. There has to be a reason, prob not enough earning potential for you guys. Which is sad, there much bigger statements to make w my case than earnings. Especially when it comes to medical Mal practice. If anyone is looking for true representation, do not call these guys. If you case don't bring in top dollar, they ain't interested.

I read many times they only take "easy winning cases" but I didn't know what that meant. After calling them, filling out an online form, and waiting 1 week for them to get back to me (not 15 mins as they told me over the phone) now I am aware of what was that about. If you need someone to care about you and your case, this is not the right firm for you.

I guess I’m a nobody or there wasn’t enough money for them to help me. ;(

It seems to be they only deal with easy cases and where they can make good money, very disappointing.
