very thorough and sympathetic. make things easy in a difficult time

My partner and I were looking for a way to do our prenup that wouldn't put us out several thousand dollars, considering our situation seems fairly simple. I heard about HelloPrenup through several different finance podcasts and decided to check it out. Their user experience is so smooth and simple. Even the happy colors made the process less stressful. The questionnaire allowed us to really discuss important topics and get on the same page, while cutting through "legalese". We were able to knock it all out over an extended breakfast date. We opted for the online notarization too because honestly sometimes the convenience is simply worth it. Total I think everything took about 3 hours, which is worth it considering now everything is completely done. The peace of mind we felt after is significant.

easy, affordable and simple. zero stress and straight to the point. I would recommend talking to your partner beforehand about different subjects and expectations. but other than that they make it easy and its a benefit for the couple. They also use language that regular person can understand and not just a lawyer. this is made by professionals and the most excellent idea of the century.

Lack of communication. I am owed $8000 and the lawyer Chase Marshall never picks up his phone to give me an update. It’s been 4 months since he paid me the first half of my settlement and I have not received the other half and they don’t communicate with me to keep me up to date on what’s going on. This is EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS. Life changing money that I have made plan with. I feel like someone is ripping me off.. Once I get the other half of my money this review may change.
