August 27th I called their office regarding an ongoing case of elder abuse by my manager in his outrageous ly screaming and verbally attacking me with alot of anger and hostility. This is not the first time. I have PTSD. This happened in front of coworkers and customers! I needed to explain the whole situation but was told that it would have to be explained to the attorney. I waited on the line only for the lady to come back and say basically it wasn't even worth the time of the attorney to give me a call to hear how I was affected by his conduct. So much for Morgan and Morgan being for the people!

They have plenty of information for perspective clients, however, it was not clear to me extensiveness of their service and if they are interested in smaller cases even though their commercials indicate otherwise. In all fairness to them, we did not follow-through & opted to go elsewhere. They deserve a chance if you are located near one of their locations.

Blatantly hung up on me!!
