I’m curious what people they are actually for. I didn’t give them a 1 star because the intake person was amazing! To spend over an hour on the phone with him, just to get a “free” consultation and not speak with anyone else was BEYOND disappointing. My purpose was to determine whether we would be a good fit. I’m already scheduled for a ALJ hearing but trying to determine if I should pursue representation since I will be on dialysis before the hearing to help expedite my benefits. Instead of speaking with me, I was told my case was not severe enough for them to represent me. Shocking! Especially because while on hold waiting for the decision of whether they will take my case or not.,,WHICH to be clear, nothing about intake said I wanted them to represent me—-no info given, no trust established to make me comfortable with them yet. Sorry, I digress. The hold has a whole dialogue about why Morgan was established and can be trusted to do right by the people. So again my question is what people are you actually made for? As I told the young man, I’ll be okay. I appreciate his time but I feel they declined to represent an ESRD patient who already has a hearing scheduled because there is no big pay cut for representing me. I wasn’t even entitled—yes, I’m using that word—- to the consultation only an hour and seven minutes to take ALL of my info including SSN for a bullish call. Other than intake, I have no good words for them.
