Communication has been difficult at times. Though from my understanding she was sick for a bit perhaps making communication difficult. Her response time has been good, I feel like I can count on her if I need anything.

My case took two years an I was tolled ill get 3000 dollars out of 25,000 in a few weeks. Which was less than their doctor an the lawyer, plus they settled without my knowledge the other insurance let me know that they send them a check . My case manager had no interest in helping me. THIS WAS A WASTE OF TWO YEARS. Don't waste your time with them if you want results.
