It was okay. Until I was told I didn't Qualify because of my income.

She kept stopping me from talking and cut me off.She wouldn't let me tell the most important part of the case and wouldn't even let me talk to an attorney How rude! She doesn't even listen to what you are saying. It's like she's programmed. What is wrong with a strong case?

Thank you for providing a feedback forum. I was not impressed. Anthea forgot pertinent information twice, repetitively consoled me as if she were reading from a checklist, and was unable to correctly relay my issue. She is not a great asset to your team. Unfortunately, she is not the only member of your team to fail to deliver. Thanks for finally getting us competent representation to resolve the hit and run issue. However, this does not satisfactorily resolve my second issue. When a privately held building puts a picnic table in a parking space and multiple people get hit by vehicles while sitting at said picnic table, you should see the merit in pursuing a negligent endangerment case against said property owner. Your note taker Anthea was unable to grasp this basic element and proceeded to make the claim the collision caused Jennifer's death. In fact, the placement of the table recklessly endangered her--AND she was not the first person to be hit by a car while sitting there. And yes, subsequent treatments did drain her energy which certainly contributed to her weakened condition and eventual death. But that is not the central issue. You don't have to die to be endangered.
