The initial information session and speaking with the paralegal was great. Felt heard and understood. Have spoken with our lawyer as the case nears conclusion and gotten detailed information. Also felt heard and supported. The months in between lacked communication and a few updates here and there would have been comforting.

Would not recommend and would never use their services again. The attorney assigned to my case was inconsistent, unreliable and just trash honestly. They definitely did the bare minimum on my case.
