I was referred to Attorney Andrew Brodie by a trusted professional contact, and was immediately struck by his remarkable ease of demeanor, unrelenting professionalism, and an intelligence that is both encyclopedically correct and dynamically adaptive to situation and context. In fact I’m not sure I know anyone so early in their career who carries themselves and interacts with their clients with such courtesy, integrity, and wisdom. He can communicate complex scenarios and tricky situations in a comprehensible way that goes a long way to getting to the bottom of and resolving problems, while somehow keeping the experience pleasant and easygoing throughout. Although I am not experienced in the area, Attorney Brodie’s mastery of cycling caselaw and practice seemed both formidable and complete. And yet I think he is much more broadly capable than “just” a specialist. Regardless of whether you speak with him about cycling and cycling injury, or something else, I would not hesitate to recommend him wholeheartedly and without reservation.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in how this law firm handled our case. They are far from responsive, their secretary will ALWAYS tell you “Oh they’re in a meeting right now, can they call you back” and you will NEVER get a call back. They left us hanging onto hope for TWO YEARS and did NOTHING to work on our case!! We finally had enough and went with someone much more professional!!! Please don’t waste your time with them.

The firm accepted and contracted my case in December. Initially had email contact with ONLY a paralegal. When asked repeatedly to return my call. I got NONE. When asked to speak with the attorney on my case. I initially got the run around for WEEKS! Finally after months and threats of FIRING the firm. I was able to to speak with an attorney for a case update.....at the END OF MARCH. Have not heard a thing since March! Bills are still coming in from the accident. Threats of going into collection. No return emails. No return calls. 24 July 2021 Services with Law Office of Jeffery S Glassman terminated. Due to failure to maintain communication in a timely manner. 'Boot letter' from replacement law firm issued. No further action required. Strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Wonderful law firm with many specialties. Great people, beautiful building & offices, on site parking, very secure building with several security guards, only 7 minutes walk to South Station. Beautiful all granite lobby!
