Very helpful making my case go by smoothly

Everything was fine in the beginning and then as of a year ago I had my case manager change and the attorney changed and it all went downhill. They do not get in touch. I wasn't informed until I called up and put a complaint in that my portion was settled and I had no say or anything like that, like they told me at the beginning. I still have issues with the injury and I had no money to go and have shots done in my back. They canceled my appointments knowing I needed to have things done due to the accident. Every time I talk to customer experience they say the same thing just like a script, somebody will reach out to me within 24 to 48 hours and it doesn't happen. Run far away from this attorney's office. There's so much wrong with Morgan & Morgan between the lack of communication, miscommunication, canceling appointments. These are just some of the issues.

Shabnam Ajani was my initial caseworker and guided me through the process of establishing my claim. Shabnam was professional and efficient and did a great job during the next transition

Waiting on the outcome but the secretary sounded concerned and empathetic so wishing on a great outcome.
