In one year, this firm has switched attorneys three times on me, never informing me of the changes. When I call for an update, I am told they are out to lunch or unavailable. Yes, I know that attorneys are busy with court appointments, but it takes less than 10 seconds to tell a paralegal to send an Email informing the client about an attorney change. I have actually spoken to an attorney three times in the past year about my case, that is not proper communication. If you like to be ghosted, this is the firm for you. Today my new attorney was supposed to call me at 3pm to discuss the case, that was 2 hours ago. Update: On August 21, 2023 I was informed that I had ANOTHER attorney assigned to my case, which I mind you should have been settled over a year ago, and I was not informed AGAIN! I guess that new attorney and paralegal failed to strive and Kelly & Associates ignores the Massachusetts Bar Association's code of conduct... DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! Another Update: When this firm gets tired of you asking for an update every other month and you give them a one star review, you are told you do not have a case after 38 months.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Denis less than 2 hours ago in regard to an accident that happened April 8. I'm so happy that I reached out to Kelly & Associates. Denis was very polite and has a great sense of humor. He's also very knowledgeable and gave me great information.

No I do not Recommend nobody at this person, He did not do anything for me after a whole year. He basically try to brush me off after a year telling me that he was going to drop my case MVA...He do nothing for me he's useless Don't bother going to him...this guy is a scammer I’m for sure he got some money and told me that I wasn’t going to get anything I know it for dude pocket my money…also He's Racist
