Had a complicated altercation with my wife where we both got a little out of our heads. Cops came, misunderstood the situation and I ended being charged with domestic assault & battery. The police report itself was wrong. Was assigned a lawyer by the state who I called but he didn't reach back out till a week after by mail. Luckily my wife found Joe Markey so that he could take over the case. Case ended up being dismissed without me having to do much. Would recommend. Thank you!
