Attorney Markey literally rode to the rescue, quickly submitting an emergency Short Order of Notice to correct a grievous wrong (forced to vacate premises for 10 days + over the holidays). Effective and efficient. A (Christmas) “ Miracle on 30 Pleasant St.” A very decent and compassionate man. Highly recommended.
