Thank you for your great job you guys have done for me, really it was the perfect choice

Extremely professional business, tends to their clients with care and compassion and have a passion for justice, especially working with Tyler Mayo he showed professionalism along with friendliness which makes working with him easy and problem free!

Driving to work someone turned left at a traffic light right into me. I was going to leave it up to the insurance companies until I had to go to the hospital for my injuries. This was my first time in the hospital and first time hiring a lawyer. Michelle and Erica Newton from Jason Stone Injury Lawyers were with me every step of the way. I had other issues in my life going on as well and sometimes was hard to reach but they never gave up. Every detail that came across their desk came across my phone just as quickly. They kept me well informed. They made me feel important from the first moment I spoke to them till the resolution of the case. I knew I was in good hands from the start. I also know if i ever need anything, i can pick up the phone and call Jason Stone and his team at any time.

While I understand not you cannot take every case I had high hopes for this firm only to find out that they are just like the rest of the personal injury firms. They don't care about cases with even the slightest bit of complexity and they find nothing wrong with doctors throwing the same treatment options at you over and over until you're a completely broken person. Firms like this feign caring for their clients but at the same time they don't want things to change for the better. Day in and day out people are going to doctors for help and ending up worse off than when they started. A simple search of the standard of care or medical negligence shows that saying the same thing over and over while a condition worsens, is in fact negligence. These people don't want to stand up for you, they want to stand up for keeping things the same so that the money machine keeps on rolling. So if you or a loved one has a surgery done and the surgeon leaves the scalpel in then this is the firm for you. But if you need someone to have your back when you have clearly been wronged then look elsewhere. 2/5 because they actually had the decency to call me back. Edit: Interesting response. In my opinion, it seems like your response attempts to minimize my concerns by framing the odds of success as so slim that my case was not worth pursuing. This is despite my having provided examples of Massachusetts case law where juries found that doing nothing or repeating failed treatments violated the standard of care. To me, this underscores that short-term gains may be prioritized over pursuing more challenging but legitimate cases. Thank you for your response.

Natalie was an awesome Lawyer. She was great at walking me through the whole process and updating me along each step, which during a time of uncertainty made things a lot less stressful. She made getting any paperwork easy. She made sure she put In the request herself and always seemed to be thinking a couple steps ahead of the process to make sure things where not only done timely but very smoothly. Natalie also advocated for myself and my families needs. She always put us first and made sure that everything was made right in the end. Nick A was also great at coordinating with me anything that was needed and was great at relaying any information in a timely manner and was clear with how the process goes.

2.5 years ago I got into a horrible three car accident in which my Lyft driver was at fault. I had to take an entire college semester off my senior year due to the horrible concussion I received.
