I am an immigrant applying for employment-based green card. In the 1st quarter of 2022, my I-485 case got a 7-page long NOID with several severe charges on my admissibility of the green card benefits, including but not limited to unauthorized work, illegal presence, questioning the legality of my F1/H1 visa, and suspicion on my previous educational and professional background, etc. I contacted tons of immigration attorneys all over the country. Some of the very well-known immigration attorneys charged me $200/half an hour consultation but said nothing meaningful; some were reluctant to help; some directly turned me down and refused to help; some wanted to charge me $15,000 for a NOID response! A local attorney with a title of "previous immigration judge" charged me $250 for 30 minutes chat but didn't read my NOID letter and told me he was not quite familiar with some recent changes in the immigration law... All the frustration negatively affected my family and myself in our life and my career. I would say only attorney Wang cares us. I would always emphasize that an immigration attorney must understand the word "EMPATHY", an ability to imagine and share another person's feelings, experience, etc. Unfortunately few immigration attorney does but attorney Wang is an exception. She thoroughly read my NOID before our first meeting, carefully analyzed my case and strategically helped me with the NOID response. The response was professional, resounding, convincing, and neatly formatted for easy reading and tracking. She charged me reasonably but apparently spent more time than the value I paid. She responded to my questions with great patience, answered my email/messages with a timely manner. I therefore highly recommend attorney Wang for any immigrants, especially if you encounter troubles in your immigration case!
