I picked Simon and Simon to represent me in an automobile accident. I worked with attorney Adam Holtman and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was very attentive to the case and made sure all of my needs were met. The best thing about dealing with an attorney Holman was he listened to the problems at hand and took action. I would recommend attorney Adam Holtman and Simon and Simon to anyone wanting to persue legal action.

First of all I didn't want Simon & Simon. I called Morgan & Morgan and I got these clowns. I got rear ended two years ago. I finally got a settlement (but still waiting for my check) and these bozos took half of it for doing NOTHING !!! Out of the two years of waiting... I had five literally 5 ppl represent me during that time. If I could take it back and go somewhere where they help you instead of robbing you I would most definitely had. NEVER AGAIN. I learned a valuable lesson. UGH

They take a long timeI don't know if they using your money for interestThey do not communicate with you you have to keep calling them

They are scammers and thieves the will take majority of your settlement bc they need money more than you … unprofessional forged documents and will take more than the alloted lawyer fee…. They tack on every expense they utilize )or say they used) and charge u separate from the base pay of 33.33-40%… my case settled for 15,000 they took almost 10,000 and left me with extra medical bills leaving me with less than 2,000 Btw: my case never went to court and they charged extra for doing less work than they already had READ THE CONTRACT THOROUGHLY YOUVE BEEN WARNED*****

My husband got rear ended hospitalized for 3 days out of work for 2 weeks and still suffering. The person sent to courts to represent my husband was not even trained had no experience and my husband walked out of courts with a loss. Who gets rear ended at a stop sign. Car with major damage and the person walk away feeling vindicated that she got away with it. After she admitted how she rear ended him.. this has mentally affected me. I needed my husband because I am disabled he suffered a great deal snd no one from this company even checked on him not even a follow up letter not even an apology. I think this company needs to rethink who and why they think they should represent for personal injury. We have yet to receive our documents back from them. I tried to forget but it keeps haunting me. If they collaborate with Morgan and Morgan why was my husband left out in the cold with not even a follow up letter. Just seeking answers. You asked for reviews. Well this is mine. This should not be swept under the rug. Company representation is the most important factor where the law is concerned.. the Judge in this case was so ditached not even empathetic but I hope just as this bothers me I hope all involved will be restless with the fact that this is wrong. In my opinion this is the WORSE firm that ever represented me! They don't respond in a timely manner. I still as of yet have not received my check. Have them represent you if you want, you'll be sorry.
