I found a collections account on my credit report that was caused by identity fraud and I was unable to get the credit agencies, collection company or the original company claiming the dept to help me remove the inaccurate account from my report. With help from Kevin and his team I have been able to get the credit agencies to respond favorable to my situation. My credit report has been restored. Kevin and his team reached out to me several times during the process of dealing with the credit agencies to check in with me and to keep me abreast of what was going on.
