Called and spoke to Kevin about an issue I am having with my car and dealership I bought it from. He was very thorough on explaining to me exactly what my gut was feeling all along and how we could proceed within a legal matter. I cant express how thankful I am for being able to speak on the matter and not feel like I was crazy. I feel confident in the guidance from this group and so glad I spoke with Kevin.

I asked specific questions and was given specific answers. There was no run around. Cut and dry on what I was able to do legally from here against the bank. What was going to cost me money and what wasn’t. Kevin was super informative, he went above by sending me the links to be able to file complaints and make my next move. If I needed legal help again, I’d call them. I only gave 4 stars, and not 5 because I haven’t seen them in the court room.

I emailed the Rights Protection Law Group and Kevin Krick called me the next business day. He took the time to explain everything I mentioned in my email regarding a potential car dealership fraud/lemon matter. He was patient and provided a lot of information, including an email with additional information as well as a form letter for my use. I'm initially going to try and resolve this issue with the dealership myself, but if it becomes too complicated, I will definitely call Kevin! Great Guy!!
