Mr. Stone and Mr. Lentini always returned calls at a timely manner and I never had a problem getting in touch with the office. After I slipped and fell in a mall, I didn't think it was any big deal. When I awoke the next morning, the pain in my ankle was terrible. I found out I broke it.
