I'm not going to say I'm glad that I was in a situation where contacting an attorney was necessary, but I will say that since I was already in that situation, I'm very grateful to have found Attorney Barison. I first called Attorney Barison on Friday night of a holiday weekend. He answered the phone and spoke to me for over twenty minutes. He gave me his undivided attention & explained my situation from a legal standpoint & in a way that I could understand. When I first called him I was scared, embarrassed, confused, and overwhelmed. If you're looking at reviews for a lawyer you may very well feel the same way right now. He didn't pressure me to hire him, didn't rush me off the phone, & our conversation felt like I was talking to a friend that's a lawyer. His fee structure makes sense & is in such a way that I didn't feel like I was racking up a bill for every conversation we had. Attorney Barison was always available to answer any of my questions, & made sure that I was updated every step of the way. Through Matthew Barison's skill & legal expertise he was able to get a truly amazing outcome & I am beyond satisfied with the representation I received. He is a truly special person & I am so grateful for his assistance & support. **As an extra gold star, you can tell that Attorney Barison is well respected among his peers in the legal community, which was very evident while we were in court.

Completely the worst law firm ! They rip you off and take over 50% of your settlement! The communication is so bad and takes them weeks to months To respond back! I had to email And call everyday to get them to respond. Took them over five years to settle my case and didn’t not listen to me”the client “ on why I wanted.

I would refer Simon& Simon to all friends and family and also coworkers. They really keep you up to date on everything, I mean everything they are constantly in contact with you at all times. I unfortunately received a civil summon few months ago which needed to be adressed. I was new to all this and wasn’t sure the right way i should be handling that situation. After much of discussions and back and forth with multiple attorneys, I fortunately found attorney Barrison through avvo. I must admit, he was the first attorney who not only responsed prompty but also listened to my case patiently. He charged me very reasonably and most importantly his advise was very helpful for me in making the right decision for the summon. Throughout the case he was very responsive and prompt to any of my questions. He resolved the case very swiftly and now it has been dismissed.
