I Called up with questions in regards to a vehicle purchase i had made that i knew something was not right about , with severe frame rot issues the dealership would refuse to refund me the money on a vehicle i spent $12,000 on . they attempted to fix the vehicle and did a poor job doing so to which i requested my money back and they kept telling me no . i called Rights protection law group and was met by Kevin , who was very knowledgeable about the laws this dealership had broken and helped me at no cost with information and where to start in resolving these issues , he did not pressure me into purchasing anything he did offer to start the process , but also guided me to how to start it on my own. for this i was very appreciative. i have started my process working on getting refunded for this vehicle and if it does not go the easy way i will be for sure calling to use them as my legal defense if further steps are needed.
