Within the first year of leasing a brand new Mercedes-Benz, I have had the same issue appear. I reached out to law firms that offer representation for Lemon Law lawsuits and none but ONE responded. "Rights Protection Law Group, PLLC" called me within an hour of filling out a form on their site. I spent about 30mins on the phone with Kevin and he gave me insight, hope, and a piece of relief. A major auto loan company has been making monthly reports to credit bureaus claiming that I am over 30 days late for a payment of 0.00$ since I paid my loan off in full and closed the account over two years ago! That financing company has still not stopped damaging my credit on a closed account despite my dilligent and congenial communication. They gave me no choice but to seek legal representation. Making this call was the best choice I could have made. After leaving a voicemail I received a call back the same day! I was greeted with professionalism, understanding and simple advice on how to begin gathering the information I need to correct the damage that has been done. I am extremely pleased with my free consult and look forward to working together to solve this absurd problem.

After receiving an email from my boss that a collection agency just called her about me, my heart sank. Not only was this embarrassing, but it was also none of my boss's business. I called the company and ask why they would call my business, they said because I was not answering my phone. I did apologize and I let them know that because I get a lot of scam calls that if I don't recognize the phone number I do not answer and wait to see if they leave a message. She asked for payment for a card that I used to have. I did inform her that being a wedding Dj I have taken a huge hit from COVID and I, unfortunately do not have money right now. She then questioned my answer and asked me again, "So you don't have even a little bit of money?" I told her that no I do not, that I don't even have the money to buy my kids milk. She then asked when I would have money to pay. I told her I wasn't sure yet. I did ask her to please not call my work or family in the future. She informed me that if they can not reach me that they will continue to contact them. I told her that, that wasn't right and I think against the law. I did inform her that I was going to contact a lawyer. She then suggested that I let my lawyer know that I don't pay my bills. This was the end of our conversation. Immediately after this call I googled collection harassment laws and found Mr. Crick's info. He made me feel safe and secure. There is no better feeling than to know that someone is looking out for you and protecting your rights.

I talked to Kevin directly regarding a payment dispute case with a local boston gym, who charged me for July and August membership fees where they are opening with limited capacity and didn't inform me on resuming the auto charges. Meanwhile, I've been trying to cancel my membership and was informed I'm not able to due so due to the ongoing dispute cases, and future charges will occur due to the 45 days cancellation notice period, starting from the day the dispute result comes in. Give the current circumstance I don't think they are supposed to auto charge every member and keeping all the barrier for cancellation.
