Kevin was very supportive and helped me get in touch with Adela who will help me get my money back from a business in Canada. I am a US citizen who traveled to make a purchase and did not realize that the business was a con-artist. Now this law firm will help me.

I was advised to distance myself from a credit card company due to their harassment after I asked them to stop calling me 7 times every business day. I was told to log every call because the company owed me for harassment. As instructed, I logged the calls. Life got distracting due to an illness and I forgot to sign the contract. I received another call inquiring if I was still interested and I perceived a degree of urgency. I signed the paperwork and then two days before the credit card company sent me to collections, I was told that the case was being dropped. I was given no viable answers and the facts point to two prominent probabilities. Either this lawyer works for credit one or this lawyer dropped my case because it wasn't lucrative enough next to COVID-19. Very disappointing, if I could write this without giving a star, I would.
