I first hired attorney Molly McGee approximately three months ago when ICE went to my house. I was at work and my husband was with our youngest son getting him ready for the day. When my husband first called me while I was at work I thought it was a joke because I said to myself nonsense he has his permanent resident card there’s no way I told myself. It was surely a nightmare I raced home but it was too late they left my son with his grandmother our neighbor and took my husband with them. I went to google and I must of searched approximately 10 different attorneys some gave me prices without even listening to me while others refused to hear me and passed me to their secretary. I was obviously feeling great anxiety not knowing what to do I left a message with the front desk at Attorney McGees office. That same week I was to meet with 4 other attorney’s. Mrs. McGee being second to last the other attorney’s made me feel as if even if I paid for their services it would be a waste of their time. Some even sent me on a scavenger hunt to get my husbands criminal record before they could/would even see me. Something that would be easier for them to do because of the leverage they may have because of their tittles. I met with attorney McGee there was a fee for the consultation but within that consultation she was able to get 2 records emailed to her and was waiting on one more ( the fasted I’ve ever seen and she wasn’t even hired yet). I was able to hire her about 3 weeks after the meeting and she still had the same ambition as when I had first met her. At first I had hired her for the immigration portion and had hired another attorney for the criminal portion and may I say it was a waste of money to hire the second attorney he wasn’t following any advise that she had given him nor was he being honest with the work he had done. I had to let him go and decided to hire Mrs. McGee for the criminal case as well she surely did everything that she had to do. My husband is now home with the kids and myself and while we are still fighting the immigration case he is able to be at home with us. Of course, every case is different and circumstances change ; but if you want someone that not only makes you feel part of the team but also delivers Molly McGee is that person.

Rachel and her team are amazing! They helped out a friend of mine when they needed them and the whole process was smooth. She was on top of every situation and made them feel very secure and up to speed. Will definitely be referring her to anyone who needs help in the future.
