Sean was able to file the required paperwork in order for FKO to have a Special Permit hearing with the Town of Winthrop.

I contacted Sean Donahue to defend me when a person accused me of leaving the scene of an accident. The thing that I immediately liked about Sean was his methodical and thorough way of collecting evidence. He also helped by calling the managers of the building next to the location of the incident, to secure the camera footage to prove my innocence, something I had asked the police to do, but the police were taking their time about it. Additionally, as we needed to speak to a detective, and the only time the detective was available was at 8:00 pm on a Saturday night, Sean came to the meeting at that time. During that meeting, Sean was able to help me a lot. At the hearing, Sean was able to get the case dismissed even without showing the video footage. He really knows how to handle things. While Sean was representing me, he made me aware of my rights, gave great advice, returned my calls within hours, explained everything well, never rushed our meetings, and prepared really well for the hearing. Sean has great rapport with all kinds of people, he truly loves his work, has a range of experience and a great sense of humor.
