Attorney Roa was diligent, competent and I felt strongly that he was on top of my case throughout the process. I was sued in small claims court and initially considered trying to handle it myself. I now know that would have been a foolish decision. A good lawyer is worth every penny. Lesson learned.

Mr Roa is a man of many talents and is very knowledgeable. I hired William Roa for two different issues during my campaign for the Massachusetts State House in 2018. His work was timely and thorough on both questions. On one of the questions, I was concerned enough about the reult that I contacted a couple of other lawyers to whom I had been referred. consulted with this person- and his mannerisms were honestly shocking and insulting and he made my mother and me very uncomfortable. I went to him as a tort lawyer- I’m the victim and he treated me like a criminal. Even the police took me more seriously. Don’t hire him as a tort lawyer even if he tells you he practices it.

I hired William for a drug possession charge. He pulled together a package with my bio and all of the positive things I have in life as well as all the steps I was taking to better myself as a result of this arrest. The results were better than expected and I rec'd pre trial probation where the charges will be dismissed after 6 months. Couldn't be happier with William and everything he did both professionally and as a 'friend' to guide me through this difficult and scary time in my life.

Mr. Roa walked me through the steps, I was wrought with anger and fear knowing I was innocent. He explained the process of going to trial, took his time with me on several occasions, explained the law, dealt with my emotions through it all. Attorney William Roa handled a real estate closing for me. Initially he was referred to me by my broker and I planned to use him for this transaction alone. However, based on my experience I will absolutely use him again in the future. He was responsive, thorough, and helped the transaction go through on time and without any hiccups. Despite some unexpected title issues Attorney Roa did not charge me any more than his initial estimate and still had everything done in time. On the day of the closing he represented me well and was very much on point throughout the whole process.
