I initially used Mr. Serpa's website "contact us" form for a consultation and he immediately called me back and advise me on what I needed to do. After I followed his advice, I hired him, I thought the process was going to take several months to resolve, it only took 3 weeks!!! I wanted to cry when he emailed me to say "here it is and best of luck" Thank you, Joe! I'm forever thankful.

Joe is definitely Boston's best criminal defense attorney. I would recommend him to anyone who is going through a tough situation involving the criminal court. Joe was very PROFESSIONAL and very HELPFUL during my case and was able to get my case dismissed! Although I am very grateful for Joe dismissing my case, I will miss him staying by my side during the tough situation I was going through.
