Ali and team did a fantastic job helping us through all the legal work involved with buying our first home, while making us feel comfortable with an unfamiliar process. Ali and his team were amazing. My husband and I were understandably overwhelmed during our first home buying experience but Ali and his team were SO supportive and patient with all of our questions. They made the whole process seem simple and never made us feel like a burden with what sometimes felt like silly questions. I can't recommend them enough!

We both found the entire team professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive—all you could ask for in legal counsel for a home purchase! Additionally, their close working relationships with both our real estate agent (Saad Munir of Torii Homes) and lender (Guaranteed Rate) radically simplified the home buying process in ways we couldn’t have imagined. Ali and the team at Alavi + Braza are the best in the business. They were extremely friendly and welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable, timely and informative! This was my first home purchase experience and they made me feel like a veteran. I was provided answers to questions before I even knew I had the questions. My closing experience was so smooth and organized, displaying how much this was a true team experience. I will with out a doubt be using Ali and team for any future real estate related needs!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ali and his team on closing a recent real-estate deal in Boston. Their diligence and efficiency took the stress out of the closing process.
