I felt very supported, both legally and as a human being, when Ben helped me to amicably resolve an employment matter with my former employer. He helped me to avoid costly and risky litigation, while also taking the time needed to negotiate a fair resolution. That’s all I’m legally allowed to say given the terms of my agreement with my former employer - but I’m happy with the outcome.

As a business owner I have found myself needing his services twice. Ben is superhuman and will go to the end with you and I can't think of better guy to protect or fight for you. He is bright, articulate, works 14 hours a day, and an absolute sledge hammer in the court room.

There is zero hyperbole in what all others have written here. Zero. Ben is that good. I have been working with lawyers throughout my business career, and Ben is indeed truly exceptional in all regards. His knowledge, agility, energy, work ethic, problem solving, creativity, communication and temperament, as well as his interpersonal skills, are all grade A. I cannot praise him enough. Some lawyers win mostly by being relentless scrappers/fighters while lacking true expertise. while others are the opposite. Ben brings all the ingredients to the mix. In my instance he took on a very large, national law firm and their team of specialists, which employed any and all dirty tricks that they could to assist their client , my former employer , to find any way possible to escape their contractual obligations. There was no tactic too unethical for them. While they invented lie after lie after lie, Ben was simply more knowledgeable and smarter than their small army at every turn; anticipating and nullifying their every move . He demonstrated a sense of integrity that would challenge any negative stereotypes you have of lawyers. I believe most lawyers would have tried to settle quickly and move on. Ben fought for what was right as if he were a member of my own family and got me everything I deserved. He seems to take unfairness, dishonesty, exploitation personally. But he never loses his cool. Of note, I was referred to Ben by a lawyer that had worked several cases against Ben previously. That should tell you a lot as you look to make a critical decision about whom you want representing you. I have no doubt you could not find better representation anywhere or achieve a better outcome than with Ben.
