I was hoping for advice and information from a legal perspective. Instead of providing any counsel when he called David was rushing me to speak and interrupting me to ask questions about what he was focused on rather than my concerns. He did not offer me any information or counsel instead he expressed his lack of interest after only a few minutes of our call.

I hired a prior attorney that was not concerned about my case and gave me the run around for a year. It was a difficult process and painful ordeal not being provided the proper legal counsel. As for David, he's an attorney with the expertise to handle any sort of plaintiff's case and the human touch so that I know when I send a client to him, they'll be treated with respect and courtesy. David is very good at communicating, both with referring attorneys and clients. He also benefits from working at the premier P.I. firm in Boston, with the resources to fight until the end on behalf of injured people. I can't recommend David and his firm highly enough.
