Lou along with his partner were excellent attorneys in my book. In my case, I only had to meet with them for literally 10 minutes, in which he gathered information and put a great case together. A month later, I got what I deserved. Our relationship continues, as I recommend clients to them, and i look forward to working with them again. Lou as an individual was quick to work with and was able to keep up to speed. Most importantly, he periodically updates me on the case and keeps good communication.

When I was not paid as a regular contractor, Lou heard my case at a Wage Theft seminar. After I forwarded a few emails to Lou, he was able to explain the specifics of the situation very clearing and was able to settle for more than what we were asking for. He handled all my question and most importantly, he was able to remain calm and personable through out the entire process. I met Tom and Lou at an event to get some law advice. I am usually uncomfortable when it comes to discussing anything personal, but I felt very comfortable talking to Tom and Lou; they were very knowledgeable and eager to assist me. I had only planned to meet with the attorney’s to get information on how to obtain a check owed to me by a former company and found that I was owed much more. We had a pretty straight forward theft of wages case against a former employer. I had an initial meeting with Tom and Lou, they explained all of my options and I decided that the best course of action was to proceed with filing in small claims court. We received literally zero communication from my former employer. Once our court date came they explained what would most likely happen if my former employer did not show. Well, right at the stroke of midnight he showed up. Luckily, we agreed to a settlement amount that was what I deserved. Attorney Saban was professional, thorough, communicative and took care of all filings and court appearances for me. I have been to small claims before without legal representation and always lost so this proves it pays to have an attorney. Attorneys Saban and Thomas Beauvais were disappointed with the first judgement, appealed and won my case with triple damages awarded. I can't thank them enough. Like Ken, I can't get Tom to respond. I will, however, say Lou does respond. I'll give him that, but I was supposed to receive my monies a month ago, and have not received anything as I write this. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This all started when they, Tom and Lou, eavesdropped on a conversation I was having with someone else, and they "felt" they could handle. Like a fool, I signed with them. Well, as fate would have it, Lou kept trying to change the terms of the agreement. I agreed three times, and it still wasn't enough. Here I am, more than three months later trying to get my money. I guess, at this point, the best advice I can give about Tom and Lou is to run...fast

After departing an employer, information indicated possible alteration of hours worked and wages received. First, Lou let me know Mass law provides a 3x penalty for hours not paid and that I should not accept any "accounting correction checks" until we looked into the matter. He dealt with human resources to get my employee records, helped me understand the records, and noticed they had failed to send time-punch cards and followed up to enforce compliance with laws to retrieving those records. He then acted in my interests to negotiate multiple settlement offers, resulting in a more than satisfactory resolution. Further, Lou went beyond my interests to ensure the employer reviewed all their records and repaid my former coworkers for wages owed, many of whom would never have known they were owed money. At every step of the process, Lou explained my options so I could make informed decisions. HIs professional diligence ultimately resulting in an outcome far beyond my expectations.
