We did not end up proceeding with a lawsuit, but having his knowledge to guide me along the way was extremely helpful. Matthew took on my case which other larger law firms weren't interested in taking, which I really appreciated. He guided me through the process and was realistic about what to expect. It took longer for him to draft the demand letter than expected and I had to follow up weekly for about 6 weeks, but it did get done in the end. He is a solo practitioner and doesn't have the support staff that larger firms have. I did appreciate being able to communicate with him directly via text or phone and he was prompt in answering any communication. Other law firms are more difficult to get in touch with the lawyer, and you need to leave messages with secretaries which I wasn't always confident got passed along. That wasn't the case with Matthew. I also got a settlement offer which was larger than expected and signing the settlement offer and receiving the check was was fairly smooth, simple and quick. I would recommend hiring Matthew for legal needs.
