The absolute best I’ve ever worked with! If you own real estate this is the lawyer that you want to call. I happen to find him in specifics of tenant landlord relations and came across an article he wrote that made me call him and I’m really glad I did. What’s the difference? he actually returns phone calls and talks to you, imagine that, he actually cares enough to have a conversation with you. How many lawyers follow an actual conversation with concerns and suggestions instead of the aimless nodding? So many that I lost count. Adam actually listens. Great Attorney. Very prompt, always kept me posted of updates. Remained very patient with my queries/concerns. After endless efforts of trying to get my deposit back and disappointments from my Landlord, I sought Adam's help. I moved to Seattle from Boston and never even had to visit back for my case. He did not charged me any cost upfront. Whole process took ~1.5+ Years and I had to remain patient but it was worth it since Adam was able to handle all ordeal nicely and was able to get me little over 3 times of my deposit back. Adam has helped me so much come to an agreement with my tenant. Knowing he was helping made the entire process feel more safe and made me feel like it was going to be ok. He's also a really nice person.
