I worked with Tucker. He was awesome and VERY helpful and knowledgeable. If I had any questions, I could shoot him a text and/or give him a call and he was quick to respond. The processing time takes the longest, unfortunately. Although it can be a long process, he was very adamant about getting the ball rolling. He also pushed to get as much from the claim as he could.
