We had a client in Boston who refused to pay a bill, and ultimately stopped responding, so made the decision to retain an attorney for collection. Carlo was the first person we called, and start to finish, Carlo and his staff were fantastic to work with. Prompt and clear communication, fair rates, and ultimately, a successful collection. Hopefully we won't need this kind of service again, but if we do, we'll be calling Carlo.

Being out of state, I was referred to Carlo Cellai by our local firm to pursue a collection case we were pursuing. Carlo and his team filed all the necessary paperwork to recover from our debtor. He stayed on top of it and communicated throughout the long process. Because of his actions on how best to recover the funds owed to us, our former employee was forced to settle the debt in full. Great job to Carlo and Cellai Law Offices!

I own a law office in Florida. I had to call Carlo because a client needed to sue a Mass. Defendant and Carlo had already filed a similar lawsuit. He could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. As I lawyer, I highly recommend that you talk to Mr. Cellai as he clearly knows what he is doing.

I have been using Cellai Law Offices as my collection attorney for over 10 years and I plan on using them for everything I can. Mary Ellen is absolutely wonderful to work with. She has helped me when I haven't understood something. She took the time to review everything with me and made sure all my questions were answered. Everyone in the office is fantastic and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Carlo has been a HUGE asset to my company! He is prompt on getting back to me timely on updates, questions, or any other concerns about accounts we have placed with him for legal (so is his Staff). Carlo is straight to the point and doesn't beat around the bush like past attorneys I have used. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone that needs an attorney that Carlo will get the job done.
