I could not recommend a better bankruptcy lawyer in Boston. Very knowledgeable and efficient-would be in such a bad spot without him.

Pat helped me file chapter 7 bankruptcy. He is experienced and professional and guided me through process and necessary filings. Would recommend.

Helped me with a personal bankruptcy that had a pending small claims court date so needed to file quickly. Mr. Culhane was able to get my filing fee waived and was present at the Trustees meeting, which was a comfort. All in all, despite having to file for bankruptcy, which sucks, Mr. Culhane made the process as painless as possible. His years of experience with bankruptcy law showed, and I was 100% confident in my choice of lawyer.

I used him back in 2007 and I am very grateful as I was able to save my home by filing chapter 13. He did the same for my mother and recently used him for a chapter 7. He was attentive, answered emails immediately, and was fairly priced. We are for ever grateful!

When you need a lawyer, there is typically stress involved. Our case was very complicated. Patrick is a very methodical lawyer. He is not a sprinter. If your looking for a quick fix, look elsewhere, BUT if you are looking to have this situation handled correctly, Patrick will walk you through your process, and when it's finished you will thank him. i mentioned that ours was complicated. We filed for bankruptcy in September 2014, we had many complications due to a bad business deal. We just got finished with a trial in May 2016. There were many hours spent by patrick and ourselves to put all the necessary documents together to defend ourselves. Though we were very nervous Patrick, explained the more detailed our information was the better chance of getting a positive outcome in our case. He was very careful in preparing us for court. I hope we do not need his assistance again. Though we would hire him in a heartbeat if we did!!!!!!!!!!!!!
