Very happy with the work Jim had done for us in closing on a vacation home in Wellfleet in Jan 2021. There are always obstacles when trying to bring a closing over the finish-line and Jim was always very flexible and responsive. Very experienced, highly competent and and great client advocate. Very highly recommend.

Jim did a fantastic job working with us on the purchase of a home in Orleans and the sale of our prior home. In both cases he was very responsive and thoughtful when there were things to be worked through in the purchase and sale and closing process. Jim always provided good, unbiased advice. During the sale process the closing was moved up a few days and Jim was ready and able to respond to this. He has an easygoing nature and is a pleasure to work with.

Jim worked with us when we bought our Cape house in 2014 and that went without a hitch. In refinancing in 2020, our bank actually asked if he would work with them again--that is high praise from an out of state bank. Things went great, including a power of attorney arrangements and a parking lot meeting to get things signed in this COVID season. Thanks, Jim!

Jim was fantastic for our closing in Eastham. As a local, He knows the process front to back and has the connections to meet deadlines. We were tight on time and Jim was able to get it done for us while others we spoke to told us it wasn’t possible to hit our close date. More importantly, he kept us sane and shielded from the ups and downs! Can’t recommend him enough!
