We used Clifford Freeman to help us in the sale of our home. He is professional, attentive to the details, and able to keep a sense of humor when things get stressful. Also, he continued to work on our behalf on things outside the scope of his work and after our house closed. I can say with confidence that he is a lawyer with a strong moral compass and not only about the “quick close” in the craze of the Boston real estate market; this is the best kind of compliment. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him.

Clifford Freeman helped my husband and I buy our first home. Clifford made the process so easy for us and explained everything in so much detail that made sense! I highly recommend Clifford. We sold a home, downsized to a coop. He was a big help with both transactions. The sale was easy and he handled it efficiently. He was timely in all matters. The coop was an unusual transaction for us, but one Clifford was familiar with. He guided us through the various issues, helped us find financing, which is not always easy with a coop. Our experience with Mr. Freeman was extremely pleasant and enjoyable. He is very experienced in contract laws and exerts all his efforts to find evidence and help us to resolve our conflicts with the contractor. I have different opinions about the one start review posted 5 years ago. I don't think Mr. Freeman only cares about money for this service. We got his free 30 min consultation from our employer benefit initially. But he helped us with letter editing and followed up with the response from the contractor even after this free consultation period without getting paid. Based on my experience with him, he is a reliable attorney who does not care about exact amount he gets but more about the custom's benefits and rights.
